No, you will not say finches are lame, Pepe! Not the finches we know anyway. :D The 4 terrorists, the hornball prince and the yakuza nanny are just too awesome to be called lame. Here are reasons why finches are awesome sauce: First, just like you, Pepe, they can bond with their humans, play with toys, cuddly and eat very much the same food. 2nd, and the greatest thing is, they are much easier to maintain. They don't destroy toys like those with hook bills. Their bites felt ticklish., smaller place needed and less noisy! :D
So, be careful with what you say, everyone, else you might end up like Pepe!! :D
Btw, sparrows and other birds make great pets too I believe. It's all about how much time we invest on a bird to bond with. So less birds we have the better the relationship will be with each bird. Somehow I end up with a dozen of birds, but if you just have 1 or 2 now, trust me, you'd better spend the extra time with your current birds you have than a new one. Quality is better than quantity. :)
If you love my comic, please copy paste the link of my blog on your page/blog/other sosmed accounts so that your birdie friends can read it HERE. Downloading the comic and repost it on your site won't direct traffic/visitors to my blog which I desperately need so that people will notice my bird themed gift stores and probably will buy a t-shirt or a mug with my art. Thanks for the help. :)
Em & the birdie gang.
You reap what you said, errr... sow, Pepe

ReplyDeleteSparrows make excellent pets! My very first bird was a sparrow named spirit who tragically passed away a few months ago. She was almost 9, typically they live for only around 4-5 years seeing as she was a wild sparrow brought to us by a dog as a newly hatched. She went to therapy sessions with me, and I spent a ton of time bonding with her ever day. It was extremely hard when she passed, but honestly your comics about pocky helped me a lot, and I have a new bird, a lutino cockatiel, Phoenix <3
