Description

LIFE WITH BIRDS is a web-comic strip about living with pet birds. The story can be funny, sad or heartwarming. It's a mix between personal experience and wild imagination of my life as an artist and a bird parent. All the characters in my comic are based on the real birds that I have/had. New comic is released once in 2 weeks here. Special bird comics (full page, several pages long) are posted on my Patreon for patrons only.

Flu mask

Bird webcomic about living with finches and lovebird parrots. Drawn in yonkoma manga comic strip style. It can be funny, sad or heart warming. Art by Emmil Thomas.
Hehe, does this happen to you too? Perhaps with your eye glasses? :D
To subscribers: Do you want to keep getting an email notification every time I upload a new comic? Or do you just want a monthly reminder? :) I'd like to hold another free sketch giveaway but I'm still busy with my store. I'm way behind my schedule of releasing new items because Pipi was sick. She's fine now and that is what matters most. Still, I have to catch up with all the painting deadline I have set for myself.

On another note, I have cut my commission price 50% for pet portrait painting. That's the cheapest rate you can get for a quality art like mine. So please check my new price and spread the words to your friends because I need money to fix a lot of parts in my house due to termites. Read my commission info on this journal. Thanks! <3

  1. I like getting the email notifications; nice to receive an email that's actually is going to lead to something fun to see!

My parrotlet sits on my glasses every day when I knit and watch TV. :-)

    2. Ha! Kiwi's butt is positioned on the earpiece. That way she can also watch the TV, supervise my knitting, and poo on a paper towel that's on my shoulder!

  5. Definitely this with my glasses, hehe. Gambit, my budgie, was quite put out when I got new glasses. He looked at me as if to say "what did you do with my favourite toy?!" I replaced them because you chewed all the paint off...

Anywho, I like the notification for every comic. :)

  6. Keiji likes to take off my glasses at the worst moments (like when I'm playing against a final boss, or when I have to write something important). At first he just liked to peck them, but then he learned that if he grabbed them and then pull down, he could take them off... Btw, I like the email notifications, because then I can check the comics when they are published :)
