LIFE WITH BIRDS is a web-comic strip about living with pet birds. The story can be funny, sad or heartwarming. It's a mix between personal experience and wild imagination of my life as an artist and a bird parent. All the characters in my comic are based on the real birds that I have/had. Rejected

Peanut is a big boy now. He has changed his bib to cravat! :D I think he has a crush on his Nanny, Pipi. He likes to sit next to her and sing... but every time he starts to sing, Pipi will fly away from him and land on my hand. Lol, Peanut's face will be a mix of disbelief and dejected. XD I'm sorry, Peanut but I've won Pipi's heart a long time ago. Good luck with the other finches though. :)

    I know that when I look at comics using my cell, it's a bit difficult to leave a comment? You are as funny as always. And I feel sorry for poor rejected Peanut!

      Did you ALWAYS click open the email notification before? If you didn't and just straight deleted it when you got one, I'm afraid it will be considered as spam and blocked by your email service.

    Actually only Pipi that's really bonded with me. The other 5 finches are just quite tamed, meaning they don't hate me or freak out when they see me. They like to cuddle on my hand at night but at day time they are busy playing by themselves, ignoring me completely. Pipi on the other hand, always hangs out around me, keeping me company and she always comes when I call her. :)

    I tried to leave a comment too. This is my second attempt. I admit to being lazy these days. I love the comics and will try to make the effort more often to comment. This comic really is cute. It is close to home. Here though it is usually a human that is crying while the birds and I hang out and play.

    Hi Em! I love your comics as much as always, but when I read them from the office I can't leave a comment, because my boss is sitting next to me peeking at my screen, so I read them and close the tab quickly before he notices >w< I'm happy that your bird family has grown in number!
